Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods — General Policy

All products sold by DLLMarket are digital goods delivered instantly and electronically (license keys, activation codes, or download access). Because digital goods cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final once a license key has been delivered and/or activated, except as described below.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a refund or replacement if, within 24 hours of purchase, you can demonstrate one of the following:

  • You did not receive your license key or product access due to a technical failure on our end;
  • The product is verifiably non-functional (e.g. the loader fails to launch, the license key does not activate) and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after a reasonable troubleshooting attempt;
  • You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate transaction).

3. What Is Not Covered

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after a key has been delivered, viewed, or activated;
  • Game account suspensions, bans, or other action taken against you by a game publisher or platform, as disclosed in our Terms of Service;
  • Detection of the Software by an anti-cheat system after a period of working use;
  • Issues caused by your own hardware, internet connection, or failure to follow setup instructions;
  • Misuse of the product in violation of our Terms of Service;
  • Subscription time already used (partial-period refunds are not provided).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us on our Discord support server within the applicable time window. Include your order ID and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact our support team before opening a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue is treated as a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate loss of access to the product and a ban from future purchases, regardless of the outcome of the dispute.

6. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments, where applicable, are issued at the equivalent value at the time of the refund and may be subject to network fees.
