These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DLLMarket (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") and any digital products or services purchased through it. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
DLLMarket sells digital goods only. All products are delivered electronically, typically in the form of a license key, download link, or activation code, and no physical items are ever shipped. Our products are third-party software tools designed to modify or enhance the functionality of video games, including but not limited to aim assistance, visual/ESP overlays, triggerbot functionality, and radar features (collectively, the "Software").
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from DLLMarket. If you are under this age, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g. 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, Lifetime). This is a license to use the product, not a transfer of ownership. You may not resell, sublicense, share, lease, or otherwise distribute your license key or the Software to any third party.
The Software interacts with third-party video games in ways that are likely to violate the End User License Agreement (EULA) and/or Terms of Service of those games. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept that:
Some products are bound to your device (HWID-locked). You are solely responsible for keeping your license key, login credentials, and account access confidential. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account or key caused by your failure to secure them. HWID resets, where offered, may be limited in frequency and are provided at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed on the Site, which may include card payments and cryptocurrency, processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
You agree not to: (a) share, resell, or redistribute purchased license keys; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the licensing or anti-detection mechanisms of the Software; (c) use the Software for any unlawful purpose; (d) file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team; or (e) abuse, threaten, or harass our support staff.
Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support channels will result in immediate termination of your license and account, and may result in a permanent ban from future purchases. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with evidence of delivery and usage.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Software itself, is the property of DLLMarket or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our trademarks, branding, or source code beyond the limited license described in Section 4.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or undetected by any third-party anti-cheat system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLLMarket and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of game accounts, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Software or the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DLLMarket from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including any game publisher's terms of service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any purchased license at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or abused our support or refund processes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DLLMarket operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
